Problem
When trying to install the the printer driver the error "Printer driver not installed. The specified print monitor is unknown" occurs.
Solution
To resolve the issue, perform the following:
1. Run command console.
2. Type the following command, pressing the after each line:
sc config LexBceS start= auto
sc start LexBceS
sc stop spooler
sc config spooler depend= LexBceS
sc start spooler
